GSCS Awarded Job Order Contract (28 March 2008) GSCS has been awarded a Job Order Contract in Qatar, by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Programs Center.  With all options exercised, the contract has a potential value of $25,000,000.  The Qatar JOC contract is a competitively procured Task Order contract, and consists of a Base Year and four Option Years.    Under the contract, GSCS will perform Minor Construction, Maintenance, and Repairs in the State of Qatar.    “We are very pleased to have been selected for award of this important contract,” stated The Managing Director of GSCS.  “With this win, GSCS will continue its role as a provider of quality support services to the U. The contract will be covered over a period extending between one and three years. Go to top    ASCS Wins U.S. Air Force Award for Vehicle Lease and Maintenance Services (15 January 2008) U.S. Air Force selected ASCS to provide Vehicle Lease and Maintenance services of 263 vehicles.  The contract period is between one and five years. Go to top    ASCS To Build & Operate Construction Workers Residential City (12 December 07) Dhs418m contract was awarded to ASCS by Al Rayan Investment Company to build, operate, and maintain a temporary accommodation labor camp in support of 32000 workers, technicians, and supervisors. The 202,169 square meters camp set up in Al Mafraq area will be constructed within nine months and will include furnished accommodation, access control systems, laundry, catering, and security facilities all operated and maintained by ASCS.
